Terms and Conditions
- Lessons are $125/month. This includes weekly 30 minute one-on-one instruction totaling 2 hours of lessons per month. When there is a fifth week in a month the student will not be charged additionally.
- Payments are due within the first 3 days of each month and paid via My Music Staff autopay or cash. This payment will be a prepayment for the month.
- If you are unable to attend a lesson, at least 24 hours notice is required in order to receive a make-up lesson or refund if desired. Limit of 1 make-up or refund per quarter (3 months). To cancel future lessons please let me know 1 month in advance.
- There will be no lessons during 5 week-long breaks per year. These may or may not overlap with student’s school breaks. These weeks include those connected to the following holidays: Spring Break, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and one floating week determined at the instructor's discretion. This will still give each student 47 lessons/year due to the 5th lesson/month that occurs several times per year.
- If the instructor is unable to make a lesson, notice will be given and either a sub, make-up lesson or refund will be provided.
- By signing these terms and conditions, the student or student’s parent/guardian (for minors) provides permission to participate in and/or appear in the following: video or audio recordings, photos, and social media websites for promotional purposes. If you do not want student to appear in any of these please let me know and the student will not be featured in such promotional media.
